General Payments FAQs

How much does this cost?

Payments are free for the receiving party (partner carriers of Rose Rocket customers). This is a feature that adds value to Rose Rocket's customers, so any associated costs are managed by the sending party.

How will I receive payment?

Your payment will be directly deposited into your bank by your Rose Rocket partner. 

Canadian carriers receive payment through Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). Carriers in the USA receive their payment through ACH. 

When will I get paid?

You will receive your payment within 72 hours. 

You can view when your Rose Rocket partner will send  you the payment on each order. If you have multiple orders with your Rose Rocket partner the Network inbox will allow you to view the payment dates and status for each order.

Can this be done for all invoices?

​​Rose Rocket Payments is currently only available on select tenders for recognized carriers. Which orders are eligible for this payment option is determined by your Rose Rocket broker partner.

Can money be withdrawn from my account?

No. This is a one way transaction only, where your Rose Rocket partner can only deposit money into your account. Your account is safe from unauthorized withdrawals through this payment option.

How secure is this transaction?

Your privacy and security is important to us. 

Your payment and account information is protected by industry-leading payment services. Rose Rocket does not have access to, or collect any information relating to your account.  

Our partner Payments partner Balance utilizes all the industry standard security and privacy practices.

What is Balance?

Balance is our payment processing partner. Balance is used by global freight and supply chain leaders like Kuehne + Nagel, to financial enterprises like Bloomberg, to assist with payment infrastructure and processing.

Do I have to have an account with Balance?

You will not have an account with Balance when you set up your payment method.
