From the POV of an astronaut, space cadet and pilot.

I've had the opportunity to lean into what I love most about my work which is to coach and mentor engineers. Rose Rocket's focus on allowing employees to leverage their true strengths, has allowed me to focus on what's most important to me as a people manager. Every day I work to help our engineers thrive in their careers, seize opportunities and be recognized for their accomplishments. Being part of that journey is my greatest reward.
