Once you've completed registration, you'll receive an email immediately where you can activate your new account. From there you can create your login and start managing your business right away.

All Rose Rocket plans come with unlimited users, so you can invite your entire team the account.

What happens if I go over my plan limit?

All Essentials plans come with 100 orders a year and can be upgraded from your Rose Rocket account when needed.

What customer support comes with the Essentials plan?

Rose Rocket’s Technical Support is available through both in-app chat and email on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 8:00 pm Eastern time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays.

New customers have access to group training sessions with a product specialist and Rose Rocket's online Training Academy.
